As long time Road Warriors and over-worked, under-resourced women ourselves, we get the ‘pain’ factor in buying pantyhose. Let’s face it – most of us would rather be doing pretty much anything else other than shopping for them. Fluorescent lighting, snarled samples. Ick. We thought: why not create a business that would take away the hassle, offer a curated selection (no puce lace) and give us back a few minutes in our day? When we started this project we found this great quote by Aimee Kreger Brooks, a producer at CBS … We howled when we read it and totally related! “There are three things that women have to deal with that men don’t, which stink. One. Periods. Two. Bras. Three. Pantyhose.”
